Compass Rose Academy is a Christian organization committed to enriching the lives of children and families through emotional healing, personal development and spiritual growth.
Located in the Midwest, Compass Rose is designed to help teenage girls ages 14-18 and their families succeed at home and in life through both prevention services and a residential treatment center for troubled teen girls.
The residential treatment center works to intensively redirect, rebuild and restore young women who are suffering from problems with school, home or family.
Compass Rose Academy understands the importance of a healthy family. We provide services that help equip teen girls and their families with the resources and experiences they need to build emotional strength and improve family functioning. Through safe, structured and unified programs rooted in God’s grace, families are challenged to work together to pursue more fulfilling, compassionate and respectful lifestyles.
Compass Rose Academy was established in 2012 as a subsidiary of White’s Residential & Family Services, Indiana’s largest social services ministry with more than 160 years of experience serving troubled youth.

Compass Rose Academy consists of two areas: prevention services and a residential treatment center for troubled teen girls. While the goal of the prevention services portion of the program is to uphold the general welfare of youth and families through training, support and short-term experiential learning opportunities, the residential treatment center is designed to provide an intensive clinical program to redirect, rebuild and restore teen girls who are suffering from problems with school, home or family.
