Rimrock Trails Adolescent Treatment Services
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment services to improve the lives of adolescents, young adults, and families affected by substance use and mental health problems. We create a foundation for healing, strengthen family connections, and offer hope for a brighter future.
Our vision is to demonstrate excellence in the delivery of outcome driven behavioral health treatment.
The administration, board of directors, and team of professionals at Rimrock Trails are dedicated to helping create lasting, positive change in the lives of teens and young adults. Rimrock Trails was established as a nonprofit, adolescent residential substance use program at the Prineville Pioneer Memorial Hospital in 1990. Four years later the organization acquired property on 9th Street in Prineville where the flagship program currently operates. A second building was constructed on the property in 1998 to house outpatient services, administrative offices, a learning center, indoor rock climbing wall, gym, & weight room. We now operate comprehensive outpatient care in three areas throughout Central Oregon for individuals under age 25, and we are approaching three decades of service. Rimrock Trails now leads the system of care for addressing substance use and mental health disorders of young adults in our region.
We understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. It doesn’t have to be. When you call Rimrock Trails you’ll talk with a caring, knowledgeable Admissions Specialist who will address your concerns, answer any questions, and guide you through every step of the treatment admissions process.
With locations throughout beautiful Central Oregon, Rimrock Trails is a leading provider of integrated behavioral health treatment for youth and young adults in the Pacific Northwest.
For over 25 years, Rimrock Trails has helped create lasting change in the lives of teens, families and young adults struggling with substance use and complex co-occurring problems.
